Google Business Profile services list template
The services section lets you list what you offer, often with a short description for each. It's where customers check "do they do the thing I need?", so plain names and clear descriptions matter.
1. Use the words customers use
"Brake repair", not "braking system solutions". "Drain cleaning", not "hydro-jetting services" (unless that's what people search in your area).
2. Group into a few categories
Google often suggests standard services for your category. Use those that fit, and add custom ones for the rest. A handful of groups with 3 to 8 services each is easy to scan.
3. Write one or two sentences per service
What it is, who it's for, and one helpful detail, such as how long it takes or what's included.
4. Prices: only if you want them, and accurate
The services section can show prices, unlike the description. If you add them, keep them current. "Starting at" is fine if it's true.
5. Don't list what you don't do
Adding services you don't offer to catch more searches leads to wasted calls and unhappy reviews.

An honest note: we use AI to help
We use AI writing tools to help draft your write-up. A real person reads, checks and edits every word before it reaches you.
- We never make anything up: no invented awards, years in business, licenses, reviews, customer quotes or "#1" claims. Everything comes from you, and we ask when something is unclear.
- We write to Google's published guidelines (for example, no links, prices or promotions in the description), but Google decides what appears on its own platform.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See our privacy note.
What we won't do
- We will never log in to your Google account or any other account, and we never ask for manager access, passwords or verification codes. You paste the text in yourself.
- We never ask for bank or card numbers or your Social Security number.
- We don't write fake reviews, buy reviews, or suggest swapping discounts for reviews. That's against Google's policies.
- We don't promise rankings, calls or more customers. Nobody honestly can.
- We don't give legal, tax or financial advice.
